All orders (except special orders) will be shipped out from our store within 2-3 business days upon receipt of full payment. If the item is out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date. All orders within Malaysia will be shipped via Gdex Malaysia, Skynet or similar courier services, depending on your location. Orders from outside of Malaysia will be shipped as restricted registered mail (EMS) on approval. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered via standard ground transportation, which takes up to 10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. The tracking number will be advised via email once your order has been shipped. International orders (orders from outside of Malaysia) may be subjected to your country’s custom duties and taxes. You are responsible for the customs duties or taxes, if any. Kindly check with your Local Customs Office for the duties and taxes. A street address is required for delivery. P.O.Box addresses are NOT acceptable. All shipments must be signed off by you. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
